Information about the position

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’re responsible for managing the interview process for prospective candidates for Vinted, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both the hiring team and candidates. This position plays a critical role in scheduling and coordinating interviews where multiple stakeholders are needed to participate, plus, in assisting with administrative tasks related to interviewing and selection.

You’ll report to the TA Operations Lead, but work in close partnership with our internal TA Specialists’ who drive the assessment and selection process for Vinted overall.

Note

This is a 20-hour-per-week fixed term contract opportunity, to start as soon as possible until 31st December 2025. Expected work schedule: Monday to Friday - 4 hours per day between 9am and 6pm, and in a hybrid work mode.

In this position, you’ll

• Organise and schedule interviews for candidates with hiring teams using TA technology.
• Communicate interview details to candidates, including location, time, and interview format (in-person, virtual, etc.).
• Arrange on-site interview logistics, such as booking rooms, arranging the availability of technology and parking, and access within offices.
• Act promptly to adjust interview schedules when needed due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Suggest improvements to the interview scheduling process and help implement new practices to streamline operations.
• Update and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) with interviewer and candidate acceptance status.
• Ensure that all candidate data is accurate and compliant with data protection regulations.
  
  

About You

• Previous experience with complex calendar coordination across multiple and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (GCalender, GDocs) or similar.
• Ideally, experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or interview scheduling tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

The salary range for this position is €1,842- €2,492 gross per month.
