Senior Python Developer – Financial Sector | Hybrid / Remote | Luxembourg 🇱🇺

MCD TEAM SA is looking for at least five (5) Senior Python Developers to join one of our key financial clients in Luxembourg. If you are passionate about data, Python, and ETL solutions, and want to work in a dynamic, innovative environment, this is the role for you!

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Python-based ETL pipelines (preferably with Anatella).
• Design and implement complex SQL queries and database solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration.
• Work on financial data processing, transformation, and analytics solutions.
• Ensure high-performance, scalable, and secure data processing.
• Contribute to best coding practices and continuous improvement.
  

✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python development.

✅ Strong expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).

✅ ETL experience is a must, preferably Anatella (or willingness to learn).

✅ Knowledge of data processing, transformation, and database optimization.

✅ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

✅ Experience in financial or banking environments is highly desirable.

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✅ Fluent in English (French/German is a plus).
