Senior Project Manager

At Serbyte IT, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in project management and business requirements analysis. This position is crucial for supporting the success of projects in the financial sector, primarily in banking, and offers a hybrid work model (onsite and remote).

• Lead the gathering, analysis, and modeling of business requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.


• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment of project objectives.


• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, project plans, and progress reports.


• Oversee and participate in project testing, ensuring that all business requirements are met and issues are resolved.


• Ensure communication between clients, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.


• Support change management processes as required, ensuring that any scope changes are managed effectively.


• Monitor project performance, identifying potential risks and mitigating them to ensure project success.


• Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and addressing any concerns.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  If the candidate does not hold a degree or Master's in the relevant field, at least 7 years of equivalent professional experience will be accepted.


• 7 years of experience in business requirements analysis (gathering and modeling).


• Participation in at least 3 projects in the business requirements, testing, or project management fields.

Desirable Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the banking sector.


• Knowledge of financial products (loans, capital, guarantees).


• Fluent in English (advanced level). Knowledge of French is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• EU candidates or those with work permits for Luxembourg.


• Hybrid work model: 2 days onsite in Luxembourg, 3 days remote.
