- Familiarity with and comfortable working within an agile startup methodology.
- Optimize the use of Python frameworks to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive documentation for ongoing projects.
- Contribute to software architecture decisions and technical design processes.
- Implement and support continuous delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
- Actively manage and prevent technical debt to ensure long-term code quality.
- Proven experience in the full software development lifecycle, from development to production, with a strong focus on DevOps practices.
- In-depth understanding of industry standards, architecture best practices, and clean code principles.
- Skilled at supporting team members and guiding them to achieve desired results with a focus on collaboration and high standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English; fluency in Dutch is a plus.
- Experience with the Azure Data Stack (or Databricks or similar platforms).
