What You'll Do

Make an impact at Brighte as a Junior Data Analyst and be the key link between stakeholders and data. You'll help draw out insights, provide support for business processes, and be a driving force behind myriad business decisions.

  • Be the go-to-person for running analysis (via SQL, dbt Cloud, Tableau and/or Excel). Use your analytical expertise to help the team unlock insights to identify opportunities for development and enhancements.
  • Deliver and communicate your analysis to diverse audiences through building dashboards, writing pages or running meetings, in order to influence commercial direction.
  • Work across multiple teams and stakeholders with varying levels of technical and commercial understanding to deliver results.
  • Take work from problem statement to stakeholder engagement, technical analysis and ultimately project delivery.
  • Pitch and manage projects that will provide genuine benefit to the business as a whole.


What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential to your success at Brighte
  • You have strong commercial acumen and a sound understanding of commercial impacts of the business and its needs.
  • Your analytical skills and strong and you are proficient with Excel and you can handle SQL analysis to extract and analyse data.
  • You're agile. You are capable of delivering quickly on short timeframes, whilst managing the rest of your workload. i.e. you like fast paced environments.
  • Stakeholder management skills are strong and you know how to handle stakeholders to understand and deliver what they need (not just what they ask).
  • You're a great communicator - both verbal and written, including visual communication (e.g. Tableau).
  • You're delivery-focussed. You take pride in your work and your ability to take a problem from infancy to live maintaining deadlines and meeting expectation.
