❕This role is 100% remote and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries. 

THE ROLE

As a part-time Graphic Designer, you will take ownership of the visual elements for our e-commerce brands, with a focus on creating captivating illustrations, designing brochures and magazines, and editing photos. Your main responsibility will be to craft layouts using InDesign and other design tools, ensuring that all materials are visually cohesive and aligned with the brand's aesthetic. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure that every design is not only engaging but also supports business goals and delivers a consistent, seamless experience across all platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of the visual elements of our e-commerce brands, focusing on creating engaging illustrations, brochures, magazines, and photo edits.
• Design layouts using InDesign and other design software, ensuring all materials are visually cohesive and align with the brand's aesthetic.
• Create and develop advertisements for various products, ensuring that designs are tailored to enhance product visibility and sales.
• Research, generate, and implement fresh design ideas to support marketing efforts and drive sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met on time and to specification.
• Design and produce assets for Google Ads, social media content, email newsletters, and packaging artwork, maintaining brand consistency across platforms.
• Continuously update website visuals and layouts to keep the brand presence fresh and engaging.
• Define and uphold quality standards for all visual materials, ensuring consistency with the brand’s identity and visual direction.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
• Strong skills in layout design, illustration, and photo editing.
• Experience in designing marketing materials such as ads, brochures, magazines, and social media content.
• Ability to create and adapt designs for various platforms, including Google Ads, email newsletters, and website visuals.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and how to apply visual elements that align with a brand’s identity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

• Portfolio Review by our Design team.
• 15-30 min intro e-meet with Foxelli Talent Acquisition team to discuss company, role, your experiences, and expectations.
• 10 min online DISC assessment to identify your behavioral style, as we strongly believe in the power of diverse teams.
• Home Task or Case Study meeting with Design Team.
• 45-60 min e-meet with the Foxelli Group Hiring Team to discuss the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills. Have a both-sided Q&A session.

SALARY

€700 - €1000 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience, with the potential for quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
