Visual (UI) Designer

As a Mid-Level Designer, you’ll be a vital force within our design team, bringing creativity, precision, and fresh perspectives to every project. You’ll collaborate with experienced designers to craft visually stunning and functionally seamless work that makes an impact.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the details—both in aesthetics and usability. You have a strong point of view, a sharp eye for design, and thrive on constructive feedback. If you love pushing creative boundaries while ensuring designs remain intuitive and purposeful, we’d love to have you on board.

What You’ll Do

Design Craft & Execution

  • Bring ideas to life with meticulously crafted interfaces that balance aesthetics, motion, and interaction.
  • Develop scalable, cohesive design systems and components that adapt seamlessly across products.
  • Design smooth transitions and micro-interactions that elevate the user experience.
  • Build immersive, interactive prototypes to validate design decisions and push technical possibilities.
  • Own features from concept to pixel-perfect execution in close collaboration with engineering.

Design Impact & Culture

  • Champion excellence in design by setting high-quality standards, leading detailed critiques, and contributing to documentation.
  • Shape and refine our design system with thoughtfully crafted, reusable components.
  • Foster a culture of openness by sharing work early and often, exchanging constructive feedback, and helping refine creative processes to ensure both innovation and consistency.

Quality Assurance

  • Maintain an unwavering focus on detail, ensuring design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively seek feedback from senior designers and iterate on designs to achieve the best possible outcome.

Team Collaboration

  • Cultivate strong team dynamics through open communication, shared creativity, and collective problem-solving.
  • Work cross-functionally to align design with strategy, development, and user needs.

Project Support

  • Stay organized and efficient—track project milestones, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Actively contribute to the preparation of polished design materials and presentations that bring ideas to life.

Client Interaction

  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts with confidence, and gather valuable feedback.
  • Work closely with senior designers to refine solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Stay Current & Keep Growing

  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Seek out opportunities to expand your skill set and leverage mentorship from senior team members to grow as a designer.

The Mid-Level Designer reports to the Design Lead or Design Director and plays a pivotal role in shaping impactful, user-centric experiences.

What We Need

  • 3+ years of experience designing intuitive, high-impact digital products.
  • Mastery of modern design tools like Figma (and beyond).
  • A sharp eye for typography, color, layout, and motion, bringing visual harmony to every pixel.
  • A solid grasp of front-end development concepts, ensuring designs translate seamlessly into code.
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping tools, bringing interactions to life.
  • A portfolio that speaks volumes—showcasing exceptional craftsmanship, interaction design, and user-centric thinking.

Bonus points if…

  • You have experience working with AI-driven design (especially generative AI).
  • You’re always exploring cutting-edge design trends and pushing creative boundaries.
