About the Role - As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams in delivering advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and Active Safety/ HMI interactions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. A background in Software Project management or direct software development is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, etc.)
• Identify and resolve technical and logistical roadblocks, ensuring on-time and within-budget project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• 5+ years of experience in project management within automotive, embedded systems industries, autonomous driving or perception
• Strong understanding of ADAS, computer vision, and sensor technologies (LiDAR, Radar, Cameras, AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Sensor Fusion)
