About The Position

Job Description:

As a DevOps at our company, you will be responsible for spearheading the infrastructure planning, execution, and maintenance of our systems. You will work closely with the development team to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of our applications while also responding to emergent issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IAC) to ensure consistent and reproducible environments.
Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable faster and safer code deployment.
Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Monitor and analyze system performance, recommending optimizations and improvements as needed.
Respond to emergent infrastructure issues and incidents, providing timely resolution and mitigations.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our infrastructure remains cutting-edge and scalable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Proven experience in Infrastructure as Code (IAC) and CI/CD implementation.
Strong background in distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a remote team.
Familiarity with additional tools and technologies, such as Docker, Jenkins, or Git, is a plus.

Nice to have:

Experience in the clinical trials, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
Working knowledge of AI/ML technologies such as model training and LLMs.
Automated Testing and orchestration experience
