As the Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand image and driving our marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

This position requires a proactive team-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for beauty and luxury marketing.

The role requires a blend of strategy, analysis and creativity. Diligent project management, and ability to self-prioritize is critical to achieve deadlines, while maintaining an exceptional attention to detail. Superior communication skills and confidence in managing up to leadership is essential.

Your Responsibilities


  • Contribute to the 360° planning of our campaigns by working with Marketing Manager, F&B and other departments (Sales, e-commerce, Retail, Visual Merchandising, Media) to define the annual marketing strategy.
  • Drive the success of our product launches by being the key point of contact for the campaigns - leading all operational activity and execution of the campaigns in line with global strategy, whilst adapting to local market requirements.
  • Capitalize on your strong numerical and creative skills through ongoing tasks including full budget management, product forecasting, working on and presenting business ‘deep-dives’.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Conduct post campaign analysis to track and analyze launches, and overall performance, ensuring key insights and learnings are identified for campaign and marketing strategy.


Our Requirements


  • Relevant professional experience (minimum 3 years) ideally within Luxury Beauty sector.
  • The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, innovative, brand marketer, who is agile, and self-starting.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Experience in integrated marketing, global development, operational marketing and campaign development.
  • A holistic and cross-functional understanding of the luxury beauty industry.
  • Passion for product, specifically fragrance and skincare.
  • Excellent communication skills, natural networking ability, and highly organized.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams and processes.
  • Analytical skills with experience tracking and reporting.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and forward-thinking mindset.
  • Global experience/perspective.
