What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience 10+ years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
- A data-driven mindset with experience using HR metrics to shape decisions.
- A passion for people and creating high-performing teams.
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment is a plus!

If you think you have most of the following qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering and/or other relevant areas
- High level of English and Turkish proficiency
- Minimum +10 years of work experience
- Effectively create and leverage internal and external networks
- Focus on continuous learning and an ability to effectively teach, coach, and influence others in order to motivate and gain appropriate buy-in to drive results
- Ability to access, analyze, and deliver on data
If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;
- Partner with leaders, act as a “change agent” to deliver value-added services and actions, manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Work closely with cross-functional partners for successful planning and delivery of HR programs and process
- Align business objectives with employees and management
- Act as an HR consultant to business lines on human resource-related issues as the first line responder to HR needs of colleagues and managers
- Manage talent cycle from onboarding to talent assessment, development, engagement and termination
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions),
- Identify and resolve critical issues, develop integrated solutions, applying necessary HR strategies
- Work in close collaboration with other HR teams, such as learning & development, HR analytics, compensation & benefits with “One HR” approach and respond to business line accordingly
- Lead career discussions with colleagues, supporting their personal development as well as recognizing the talent fit and gaps in the organization
- Work closely with leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
