Responsibilities:

Guide and inspire a talented engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and forward-thinking innovation.

Define and execute a strategic AI vision that aligns with the company's long-term goals.

Provide expert guidance on AI technology adoption, ensuring best practices and high-quality execution.

Oversee the creation of cutting-edge AI-powered products and solutions, ensuring they meet scalability, efficiency, and business impact objectives.

Establish partnerships with leading AI researchers and institutions to integrate state-of-the-art advancements.

Work closely with teams across product, business, and design to drive AI implementation in real-world applications.

Enforce best practices in architecture, coding, testing, and AI model deployment to maintain high technical standards.

Attract, develop, and retain world-class AI and software engineering talent.

Qualifications & skills:

P.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical field. (Mandatory)

Extensive experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and cutting-edge AI methodologies. (Mandatory)

Strong academic contributions in areas such as large language models, probabilistic modeling, reinforcement learning, or AI interpretability. (Mandatory)

Hands-on expertise in deep learning libraries and toolkits. (Mandatory)

A history of successfully leading AI and engineering teams in high-impact projects.

A track record of leveraging emerging AI technologies to build game-changing products.

Ability to align AI strategies with market demands and business objectives.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
