Agile Delivery Lead - Entry Level

About the Role:

Cyderes is looking for a dedicated, creative, and experienced Project Manager - Agile Delivery Lead I to join our team. We are looking for someone with a project management background to facilitate Engineering projects, meet deadlines outlined on our Engineering roadmap, manage multiple product backlogs, communicate with developers, and work with internal and external stakeholders to receive feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Own 1-2 projects concurrently, working with Engineering Team Leads to ensure roadmap priorities are met
• Prioritize features with Engineering Leadership & stakeholders based on business need
• Balance new features, improvements, and bugfixes to ensure a stable productdelivery
• Communicate project risks, progress, launches, and retrospectives for projects managed
• Work with internal, cross-functional teams to manage project(s) that have conflicting needs and priorities
• Measure development velocity, tech debt, and estimation statistics to enable better business decisions
• Coach teams on Agile methodologies, identifying areas of opportunity and implementing improvements
• Flexibility to fill roles such as business analyst, project manager, Scrum Master, and product manager
• Manage strategic organization projects, requiring project planning across multiple teams
• Diplomatically disagree and align when dealing with different stakeholders

• Jira Basics
• 1 to 3 years practicing Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc)
• 1 to 3 years working with development/engineering teams
