Project Manager

Remote role, permanent, targeting a salary of $85-100k/ yr.

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join the Professional Services team at a leading CIS company in Canada, supporting migrations and SaaS implementations for utility and government clients. Acting as the primary point of contact for the customer, you will ensure project requirements and ongoing business needs are delivered on time and on budget. We seek an exceptional candidate who thrives on direct customer engagement, possesses a knack for creative problem-solving, and delivers an impressive track record of successfully navigating through complex projects while building strong relationships among stakeholders and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong implementation and project management skills, with the ability to juggle 4-5 projects at a time. This position requires proficiency in IT environments, with expertise in both on-premises and cloud technologies, including migrations, upgrades, and implementations. They should possess financial acumen, including skills in budgeting, invoicing, revenue management, and handling change orders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience, working within a PMO and using formal methodology
• Past experience leading SaaS implementations for enterprise clients in a B2B environment
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to maintain a strong presence, composure, and professionalism when engaging with enterprise-level customers
• The ability to manage multiple projects at a time, leading teams at different levels
• Proven experience in managing financial aspects of projects valued between $1M and $10M
• Knowledge of on-premises and cloud computing

Compensation:

$85K - $100K per year + full benefits packages

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
