Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer to assist with troubleshooting and repairs of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment. Responsibilities include servicing pumps, valves, and pneumatic controls, as well as installing and modifying building equipment. This is a travel based position in Indiana and will be traveling to the 14 different locations across the state. You will get a company vehicle, gas card, etc. for travel. The role involves replacing and repairing building finishes, inspecting for unsafe conditions, and maintaining fire safety systems. Candidates must respond to emergencies, use technology effectively, and comply with safety regulations and dress codes. Carpentry and snow removal tasks are also required.

Skills And Requirements

2+ years of commercial maintenance experience

Clean MVR and experience working remotely

Proficiency with Microsoft tools (word, excel, outlook,etc.)

Experience utilizing CMMS

Working knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, etc. null
