UI / UX Designer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Reston, VA that is seeking a UI/UX Designer. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces for Salesforce applications, ensuring a seamless user experience
• The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the developed solutions meet business requirements and user needs
• Document and report UAT findings, and work with developers to resolve any issues
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and industry best practices
• The UI/UX Designer will work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and familiarity with UAT processes and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
