It develops and markets personal peripherals for PC navigation, video communication and collaboration, music, and smart homes. These include conference room cameras, tablet accessories, keyboards, mice, webcams, Bluetooth speakers, universal remotes, and more.

The client is well known for having an extremely strong engineering organization. They trust our engineers to develop, implement, and take responsibility for their designs.

IF YOU ARE

• Having at least 3 years of proven project management experience
• Skilled in managing medium-size dedicated team projects
• Possessing project ownership in all aspects (budget, scope, schedule, quality, etc.)
• Experienced in working with US companies
• Possessing proven success in team-building and management
• Having a technical background
• Demonstrating at least upper-intermediate English level
  
  
  

AND YOU WANT TO

• Communicate with key stakeholders from the customer side and manage their expectations
• Ensure delivery excellence for a subset of projects, collectively with up to 15 people
• Facilitate already set Agile practices
• Monitor and control key project constraints: scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Lead and direct software development teams to deliver the projects
• Manage day-to-day operational activities of assigned projects
• Facilitate project-related client communications on all levels
• Motivate, guide, coach, and encourage direct subordinates
