The role:

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the UX design for our current product line and collaborate with user research, engineering, and product leads. As a part of the team, you’ll explore interesting and challenging problems such as understanding the pain points and daily use cases of growth marketing functions, assist them with insights & analytics, and play an active role in shaping and developing our products and processes. You will also collaborate with the Product Team by defining frameworks and UX patterns for how analytics and insights are presented to various user personas and decision-makers, through an exceptional user experience.

Functional requirements:

1. Design elegant, analytical, and data-based experiences that help our customers measure and optimize their day-to-day work
2. Design UI and modular components around Dashboards, Metrics, Insights, and Data visualizations with state-of-the-art standards
3. Interview the User Personas to help in your research so that you can be the expert on promoting data-driven design and product practices at Bamboobox
4. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer facings teams to shape the future direction for your product areas
5. Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle from problem definition to ideation, validation, implementation, and future iterations
6. Create user journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, UX patterns, prototypes, and visual design
7. Communicate designs, decisions, and insights that solve users’ problems
8. Evangelise design thinking and user-centered design methodologies
9. Identify the need for and lead discovery, ideation, and customer research
10. Contribute to the Bamboobox Design System, processes, and tools to scale the impact of design across the company
11. Help build a strong design culture through collaboration, empathy, feedback, and customer centricity

What makes you stand out?

At least 2-5 years of work experience

Solid understanding and interest in modern UX/UI design principles for B2B SaaS products, and experience working with at least one SaaS product

Experience working with analytics tooling - FullStory, HotJar, etc is a plus

Experience working across the full stack design process with an emphasis on discovery, ideation, UI design, High fidelity prototyping

Solid design and prototyping skills in the latest tools (Figma, Sketch)

Experience building strong partnerships with product and engineering stakeholders in an agile environment
