Job Description:

We are on the lookout for dynamic junior/mid level Technical Project Managers to join our Creative Technology team. The role entails working with some of the biggest brands, blending technology and creativity in the exciting world of advertising. If you have a passion for emerging technologies like Gen AI, AR, VR, Blockchain, Game Design & Dev, Product Design & Dev and a proven track record in delivering end-to-end experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables & commercials in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders.

* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.

* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless and timely execution of projects.

2. Client and Stakeholder Management:

* Serve as the main point of contact for clients for technology related understanding.

* Regularly update clients and stakeholders on project status, addressing any concerns promptly.

* Gather and incorporate client feedback into project planning and execution.

3. Risk Management:

* Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary.

* Ensure all projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports and communication logs.

* Creating PRD/GDD for managing projects effectively.

* Document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree. PMP/CSM/CSPO certification is a plus.

- 2-8 years of experience in project management within a creative agency or in delivering end-to-end digital experiences for consumer brands.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- A genuine love for emerging technologies like generative AI and its innovative use in marketing.
