A major finance player is looking for an experienced Front End React Engineer to build AI-driven solutions used across the organisation. The company is investing heavily in this space, and their user base is growing significantly, creating a need for great engineers to join.

You'll work on an internal AI platform, developing robust, production-grade software using React, AWS/Azure, and CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Whilst we are not expecting commercial experience, you'll need to demonstrate a strong interest in GenAI / LLM technologies.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain React-based front-end applications for an internal AI platform.
• Build scalable, high-performance UI components with a focus on usability and accessibility.
• Work closely with stakeholders to refine requirements and improve system architecture.
• Ensure smooth CI/CD deployments and automate processes where possible.
• Improve system observability, logging, and monitoring in a distributed cloud environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive React/TypeScript experience.
• Strong knowledge of front-end architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
• Experience with AWS/Azure.
• CI/CD experience.
• Understanding of software development best practices (TDD, clean code, SDLC).
• Interest in AI tools and frameworks (but no prior commercial AI experience required).

You won’t need prior financial services experience, but you’ll need to have worked in complex organisations where security is paramount.
