Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Support various HR-related projects and initiatives
• Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance regarding HR policies and benefits
• Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
