Marketing Manager

StakeWise is a modular protocol for permissionless liquid staking on Ethereum and Gnosis Chain. With over $300M staked through our smart contracts and a growing roster of industry-leading partners, we are excited to enable financial autonomy for tens of thousands of users through the staking and application of digital assets in DeFi.

As we prepare to enter the next stage of growth, we are looking for an energetic Marketing Manager to join our team.

In this role, we want you to:

• Focus on crafting a compelling story & narrative around StakeWise
• Prepare and execute marketing and community growth campaigns on social media, tailoring strategy and messaging to each individual channel
• Develop a network of core protocol supporters in the DeFi and staking space, focusing mostly on X
• Create and follow a content calendar for SEO and blog, contributing content and ideas for improving traffic
• Monitor, analyse, and act upon insights from community and protocol growth trends and audiences
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on communicating about new features, updates, partnerships, and metrics

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years of marketing experience at a start-up
• Practical knowledge of crypto marketing strategies and social media management
• Knowledge and experience working with CRM systems and monitoring / analytics tools
• Demonstrated experience executing campaigns against targets and growing community metrics
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills

Bonus points for:

• Strong understanding of the staking and DeFi landscape on Ethereum
• Passion for utilizing new tools and adopting new marketing practices
• Experience with writing video scripts and tasks and working with external collaborators
• English as a native language
