The Role

As an Interviewer, you will play a crucial role in our hiring process by assessing technical talent across multiple programming languages. You will be responsible for conducting structured interviews, evaluating candidates' technical skills, and maintaining a database of candidate assessments. This role requires a deep understanding of coding principles and the ability to assess candidates across various technology stacks.

Your Responsibilities

Conduct technical interviews across various programming languages and technologies of your expertise
Develop structured interview questions to effectively evaluate candidates
Update a database of interview feedback, and candidate evaluations
Collaborate with recruitment teams to refine interview processes and improve candidate experience

What’s Required to Get Started

Experience: 7+ years in software development
Proficiency in one or more of the following categories:
Programming Languages: Python, Java, SQL, Bash, C++, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, C, PHP, R, Kotlin, Dart, Scala, LaTeX, C#, Go, Rust, Lua, Swift, Julia, Perl, Ruby, COBOL, etc
AI & Data Science: NLP, Apache Spark, Slurm, Cloud Computing, Algorithm Theory, Data Structures etc
Software Development & QA: OOP, Software Engineering, Operating Systems, Docker, System Administration etc
Specialized Frameworks: Salesforce, NetSuite Systems, UI/UX, GDScript, etc
Prior experience conducting technical interviews and evaluating coding skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and assess problem-solving capabilities in candidates
