Now, we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to help transform data-heavy applications into seamless, intuitive digital products. If you're passionate about designing elegant user flows, crafting scalable UI components, and making AI-powered platforms more human, this is the role for you.

Your Role

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for both user experience design and interface design within our digital product teams. Your focus will be on creating intuitive, research-driven user flows while ensuring interfaces are visually appealing and easy to navigate.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to turn complex workflows into elegant user experiences. Your work will directly impact how users interact with AI-powered applications, making advanced technologies intuitive, accessible, and engaging. You should be comfortable making independent decisions and bringing a strong design perspective, ensuring that solutions are both user-centric and aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

✅ User Research & UX Strategy – Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and behaviour analysis to identify pain points and opportunities.

✅ Wireframing & Prototyping – Create wireframes, user flows, and low-to-high-fidelity prototypes to visualise and refine user journeys.

✅ UI & Interaction Design – Design modern, scalable, and visually compelling interfaces that enhance usability and engagement.

✅ Data-Driven Design – Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and user analytics to refine and optimise experiences.

✅ Design System Development – Contribute to and maintain a scalable, consistent design system that aligns with Firemind’s product ecosystem.

✅ Accessibility & Usability Standards – Ensure designs follow best practices for usability, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.

✅ Collaboration with Product & Engineering – Work alongside developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI/UX designs.

✅ Iterative Design Process – Continuously test, refine, and enhance the UX/UI based on user feedback and business needs.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Solid experience in UX/UI design – Preferably in a growth company, such as a SaaS, data, or product-driven business.

✅ Strong Portfolio – Showcasing user research, UX/UI workflows, and pixel-perfect interface designs.

✅ Expertise in Design Tools – Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equiv

alent tools.

✅ Deep Understanding of UX Principles, including usability heuristics, accessibility guidelines, and interaction design best practices.

✅ UI & Visual Design Skills – Ability to craft scalable, component-based UI systems with a clean, modern aesthetic.

✅ Experience with Design Systems – Familiarity with Bootstrap & Atomic Design principles and UI component libraries.

✅ Data-Driven Decision-Making – Experience using A/B testing, UX analytics, and research methodologies to inform design choices.

✅ Agile & Lean UX Experience – Comfortable working in fast-paced product teams and iterating designs based on feedback.

✅ User Journey Mapping - Develop detailed user journey maps to understand and visualize the user experience from start to finish.

✅Documentation - Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including style guides, pattern libraries, and design specifications.

✅ Basic Front-End Understanding – Familiarity with CSS, HTML, and front-end frameworks (you don’t need to code, but knowing what’s feasible helps!).
