Middle/Senior Embedded Developer (Embedded Unit)
We are seeking a talented Embedded Developer to join our team and contribute to innovative projects in electronics, process automation, IoT, and enterprise heating systems. As we expand our teams to support existing Customers, we are looking for highly skilled professionals with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for embedded development.
As an Embedded Developer, you will collaborate with a team of experienced Embedded Software Developers to build high-quality solutions that address real-world challenges. Our projects require a deep understanding of embedded systems, low-level programming, and hardware-software integration, making this an exciting opportunity for developers who enjoy solving complex technical problems.

Responsibilities:
- Design separate components, modules, classes, and devices
- Code, debug, document, and maintain portions of software and hardware
- Perform different types of testing
- Participate in estimation and planning sessions
- Contribute to the development of technical project documentation and user documentation
- Prepare and clarify the requirements in collaboration with Business Analyst
- Assist Test Engineers and support personnel in solving technical issues of software installation and its operation
- Participate in conference calls and face-to-face meetings with the Customer and Customer partners
- Comply with the best engineering practices, technical standards, and quality criteria set forth on the project
- Report status and progress according to the project and company demands
- Spot current deficiencies in the development process, adopted procedures, and engineering practices, environment configurations, and suggest improvements
- Escalate technical issues to the Architect, Team Lead, and Project Manager
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems
- Experience working with RTOS in embedded systems
- Good understanding of electronics and hardware systems
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting solutions for embedded systems
- Upper-Intermediate level of English and German
