A leading global financial services company is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive the future of CI/CD across the organization. We’re searching for a hands-on technical leader who can architect and scale Jenkins pipelines to support thousands of applications while defining best practices, governance, and automation strategies.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Own & scale an enterprise-level Jenkins pipeline infrastructure

✅ Design & implement release management strategies for complex applications

✅ Work hands-on with Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS

✅ Collaborate with development teams to enforce CI/CD best practices

✅ Lead and mentor a team while staying deeply technical

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Jenkins expert – You’ve built & managed large-scale Jenkins platforms

🔹 CI/CD Guru – Experience with release management for multi-service applications

🔹 Automation & IaC – Strong skills in Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, Python
