We are an energetic, fast-paced, and international HR team with main offices in Lithuania, Finland, Israel, and Hungary, as well as a strong presence of remote employees. As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, highly analytical, and HR-governance-savvy professional to join our team as a Global People & Culture Specialist. 🌝

This is a crucial role that ensures our HR operations run smoothly, our data is accurate, and our global compliance standards are upheld. This position offers a clear career growth path in the HR field, providing exposure to multiple areas of people operations and HR governance.

The compensation package starts from 3000 to 3800 EUR (gross), depending on your experience.

As a Global People & Culture Specialist, you will play a key role in keeping our HR processes seamless, compliant, and efficient. You will manage critical HR administrative functions, ensuring that employee records, payroll, and reporting are always up-to-date. Your expertise in HR governance, compliance, and payroll coordination will directly impact the employee experience and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and continuously improve HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and automation.
  • Continuously optimize and enhance the use of our current HRIS, evaluating automation opportunities. You will take the lead on migrating to the new HRIS, which presents a valuable opportunity to engage in an already-initiated project.
  • Coordinate global payroll across multiple locations, ensuring quality control and monitoring outsourced payroll providers.
  • Lead the global HR service desk, monitoring key metrics such as response and handling times, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Own HR monthly and annual reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and maintain the HR contract database, ensuring legal compliance and keeping it up-to-date.
  • Oversee and update electronic employee files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Monitor global work permits, ensuring timely renewals and proper documentation.
  • Assist People Business Partners in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
  • Conduct internal and self-audits, and assist with external audits as needed.
  • Ensure that clear, accessible, and up-to-date employee guidelines are available in the Handbook / Confluence.

What We Are Looking For

  • Exceptional English language skills (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in global payroll coordination, managing third-party outsourced payroll providers.
  • Previous experience taking a lead role in the continuous development of an HRIS.
  • Solid understanding of HR governance, compliance, and GDPR requirements.
  • Knowledge of HR monthly and annual reporting.
  • Ability to understand and optimize reporting processes and HR metrics.
  • Familiarity with global compensation and benchmarking methodologies.
  • Advanced administrative and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
  • High social and emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A process-driven thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity in an agile environment.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent time management and self-leadership abilities.
  • Experience in HRIS migrations is a plus.
