As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by transforming data into actionable insights. • Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, focusing on subscription-based telco products, customer retention, and pricing strategies;
• Use BI tools and SQL to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decisions for business stakeholders;
• Analyze and support A/B testing and split testing to assess impacts and optimize customer acquisition and retention efforts;
• Collaborate with business teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies that shape product development and marketing decisions;
• Help refine customer retention strategies by analyzing usage patterns, churn factors, and other key performance metrics.
  
  

Our Expectations For You

• At least 2 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on deriving actionable insights from data;
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and SQL for querying and analyzing data;
• Proven ability to connect data insights to business strategies, contributing to informed decision-making and improved outcomes;
• Solid foundation in statistics, including experience with A/B tests and split testing analysis;
• Fluent in English;
• Experience with subscription-based products, customer retention analysis, and/or the telecommunications industry is a plus.

• 💵 Salary. From 2700 to 4100 Eur/month Gross (the salary may vary, according to your experience and qualifications).
