In this role, you are responsible for ensuring both the operational efficiency and stability of our network systems and the security of our IT environment.You really make a difference for us and our customers. Thanks to your efforts, healthcare providers can focus on their work (keeping their hands on the bed), while you solve IT problems and prevent security threats. What will you do?

• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and status of network systems and infrastructure.
• Monitoring security alarms and incidents via SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems.
• Executing change requests and service requests, such as implementing configuration changes and software updates, and providing technical support to customers and suppliers.
• Analyze suspicious activities and notifications to identify potential threats.
• Supporting the investigation and response to security incidents.
• Requesting SSL certificates and implementing network changes (LAN/WLAN/WAN).
• Performing basic forensic analysis of systems.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve security issues.

• ITIL v3 certification.
• Knowledge of network protocols and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of security concepts and techniques.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and software such as Nagios, LibreNMS and SCOM is a plus.
