InnoWave is looking for a proactive person with good communication skills to join our People & Culture team in Lisbon! This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in HR. You'll assist with various tasks, learn valuable skills, and foster a positive work environment! This positions is ideal for those passionate in HR looking for their first opportunity!

Junior People & Culture

Responsabilities:

• Support the execution of HR programs and initiatives
• Maintain updated records and create simple analytical reports based on system data to support decision-making
• Provide support for administrative and compliance tasks, such as vacation management, leaves (parental, medical, etc.), and responding to simple employee requests (certificates, documents)
• Explain regulations, policies, and internal procedures, helping employees understand conduct rules and organizational policies
• Assist in managing benefits such as health insurance and mobile phones, including enrolments, renewals, and simple negotiations with providers
• Manage employee contracts, including internships (applications, compliance, and documentation)
• Manage insurance (report incidents, negotiate renewals, and handle internship coverage).
• Administer HR systems, provide support, activate features, and handle annual renewals.
  
  
  

Skills

• Degree in human resources or a related area.
• Knowledge of Portuguese law, contracts, social security administration and benefits management.
• Able to use Office 365 tools, especially high proficiency in working with Excel.
• Innovative thinker, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
• Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility.
• Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
