✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in contractor management or coordination roles.
  • Strong expertise in using tools like Success Factors for creating and managing contractor positions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in managing access rights and resources, including creating Windows accounts and managing access rights.
  • Knowledge of compliance and approval processes, including SecureIT Onboarding and Refresher Completion.
  • Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between contractors and internal departments.
  • Ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency in maintaining records.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, French is a plus.

👉 WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈

  • Initiate discussions with relevant parties to align on the requirements for contractor positions using tools like Success Factors.
  • Ensure contractors have the necessary access and resources to perform their duties, including creating Windows accounts and managing access rights.
  • Perform compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and verify the legitimacy of line managers requesting contractor positions.
  • Act as a liaison between contractors and Nestlé, ensuring all involved parties are informed about changes and updates.
  • Send out templates and forms, and manage communication with HR, Line Managers, VPAM External Workforce Management, and other departments.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data accuracy and consistency, including monitoring position titles and other details.
