As a Mobile Application Developer, you will focus on developing and integrating mobile applications for automotive infotainment systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers and development teams, to create seamless and user-friendly in-car applications. Your role will cover the entire development lifecycle, ensuring high performance, usability, and compliance with modern mobile development standards for both Android and iOS platforms.

Engagement Details:

• Location: Bucharest hybrid or fully remote
• Freelancers accepted
• Start Date: March or April

Responsibilities:

• Develop mobile applications for automotive infotainment systems, ensuring smooth integration with vehicle software.
• Collaborate with UX designers and development teams to create a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
• Participate in design, architecture, documentation, development, and validation of applications.
• Ensure compliance with Android Automotive OS (AAOS) standards and best practices for Android and iOS.
• Stay updated with modern mobile development frameworks and emerging technologies to implement innovative features.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Computer Science or 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, and Flutter.
• Familiarity with AOSP and the AOSP build system.
• Knowledge of modern app architectural patterns (MVP, MVVM, clean architecture).
• Experience with mobile testing frameworks such as JUnit, Espresso, XCTest, and Mockito.
