About the role:

We are seeking a Product Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) to oversee and optimize our product portfolio. In this role, you will drive product strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives to deliver high-impact solutions.

Job Description

In this role you will:

• Introduce and scale portfolio management:Lead the introduction of a Portfolio Approach across teams, departments, and projects within Redcare. You will implement structures, principles, and processes to enhance transparency, strategic alignment, and effective decision-making across the organization.
• Strategic roadmap management:Ensure the development and maintenance of clear, transparent, and up-to-date roadmaps across IT departments. As a key member of the Portfolio Management Team, you will guide over 20 Agile teams through prioritization and planning cycles, ensuring that plans are aligned and strategically sound.
• Moderation and facilitation:Facilitate end-to-end coordination meetings, bringing together key stakeholders to identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and risks. Your role will be crucial in driving collaboration and ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned towards common objectives.
• Continuous improvement and adaptation:Consistently inspect and adapt portfolio management processes. You will leverage Agile Metrics, Value Stream Management, and Flow practices to enhance flow efficiency and align the Portfolio Approach with the company's evolving targets. Your ability to integrate Systems Thinking will be essential in identifying systemic improvements.
• Expertise in tools:Utilize your deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence to support the organization in managing its product portfolio effectively. You will set up and optimize these tools to ensure they support the needs of Agile teams and provide visibility to all stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

About you:

• Agile product development:Solid understanding of Agile Product Development, including experience in scaled Agile environments where multiple teams must be synchronized. Knowledge of Agile Metrics and how they influence decision-making is highly desirable.
• Structured and strategic thinking:Structuring is your superpower. You bring clarity to communication, processes, and documentation, understanding the value of a well-organized approach for the entire department and organization. Ability to think in systems, connecting the dots and approaching challenges with a holistic view. You excel at viewing situations from a higher perspective and providing strategic insights that drive systemic improvements.
• Knowledge in flight levels and value stream management:A deep understanding of Flight Levels and Value Stream Management will be instrumental in your role, helping you to align team efforts with strategic business goals and enhance overall organizational flow.
• Flow Framework Expertise (Differential):Knowledge of the Flow Framework and a strong understanding of Flow practices in complex environments will set you apart. This expertise will enable you to optimize value delivery across teams, ensuring that work flows smoothly from concept to customer.
• Fluency in English:Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and oral). You excel in providing guidance, bridging gaps between different target groups, and managing relationships at various seniority levels.

Our offices are open, but you are free to work from home, from any location in Germany. It is entirely up to you if you want to pop into the office every now and again, or if you work from home all the time.
