Requirements
- Degree in HR, legal studies, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Fluency in Romanian and good written and spoken English.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems.
- Experience in recruitment, employee development, and HR compliance.
- Trustworthy, team-oriented, and adaptable.
- Service-focused with high ethical standards.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proactive, with a desire to simplify processes and continuously improve.
- Administrative tasks concerning all HR relevant processes
- Preparation HR related regulations
- Execution of payroll run
- Administration of time recording & absence management
- Contact person for employees in the above-mentioned topics
- Support of the HR systems
- Creation of reports & lists & HR system uploads
- Recruitments
- Support Managers with onboarding and offboarding
- Support Managers with preparation of JDs
- Support Managers with Performance Review and Development plans
- Collaboration on HR international projects
- Advisory and administration of trainings internal/external
- Key contact person and coordinator for HR suppliers (eg. payroll company, recruitment companies,etc)
