Threat Intelligence and Security Governance Specialist
Everyday DB observes thousands of different cyber security threats. Integrated in Deutsche Bank’s Chief Security Office (CSO), our team focus on managing the Cyber Threats and Information Security risks of the bank by enabling the business divisions of Deutsche Bank by providing agile security operational capabilities. Our CSO teams focus on Cyber Threat, Malware Response & Cyber Forensics, Security Monitoring, Incident Response, and Cyber Hygiene out of locations in Germany, US, Singapore, and India.
As part of the Threat Intelligence and Information Security Governance team within the CSO organization, you will strengthen our team in Bucharest to further expand our governance role and to comply with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Contribution in managing the Cyber Threats and Information Security risks of the bank
- Challenge and improve the Governance of both Threat Intelligence and Information Security to comply with regulatory requirements
- Assist in improving the team’s Information Security Strategy
- Drive the team’s PMO for various Information/Data Security projects
- Create senior management communication, associated presentations and reports
- Respond to queries from the different Information Security Officers
- Support the team to manage and remediate assigned regulatory findings
- Act as a subject matter expert within the Threat Intelligence and Information Security team for all project related topics
Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with risk, project and program management
- Familiarity with industry standards, guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements related to Information Security
- Ability to solve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism and integrity
- Understanding of current security technologies and trends as well as an analytical, practice-oriented mindset
- Profound Project Management skills
- Very good communication skills (especially concerning senior management reporting) and an excellent command of English both written and oral
- Proactive way of working
- Higher degree in computer science or a comparable qualification (e.g. above average Bachelor Degree or diploma from an accredited tertiary institution)
Preferred:
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISA/CISM, PMP, PRINCE2 would be an advantage
- Familiarity with NIS2 guidelines as well as relevant information security standards (e.g. ISO 27001) and their implementation.
- German language skills it’s a plus
