As we gear up for our global launch on October 30th, we’re searching for a UI/UX Design Intern who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Someone who isn’t afraid to take risks, embrace creative challenges, and drive innovation that will shape the future of education.

What You’ll Do

As a UI/UX Designer Intern at Epapa, your work will impact millions of students worldwide. More than just creating stunning interfaces, you will craft user experiences that make learning intuitive, engaging, and, above all, fun. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

• Shape the Epapa Experience: Design seamless and impactful user flows, turning complex educational concepts into beautifully simple interfaces, from wireframes to prototypes.

• Collaborate and Push Boundaries: Partner with a talented team of educators, AI developers, and content creators to bring bold ideas to life and create truly innovative user experiences.

• Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends and explore how cutting-edge UX techniques, especially animations, can redefine the way students engage with educational content.

• Make a Real Impact: Use feedback from real users to continually refine and improve our app, making learning more accessible and exciting for students worldwide.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who’s confident in their abilities but knows that true growth comes from stepping out of their comfort zone. Someone who is securely attached, takes initiative, and thrives on creative freedom.

You:

• Are a creative risk-taker, not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, groundbreaking ideas to the table.

• Have experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on mobile applications and a passion for AI-driven technologies.

• Have a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to turn complex ideas into smooth, intuitive user experiences.

• Are proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and have experience with animation in Figma

• Communicate effectively in English (German is a plus, but not essential).

• Thrive in a flexible, startup environment where change is the norm and creative solutions are essential.

• Work well in teams, value open feedback, and see challenges as opportunities to grow.

• Have a keen interest in education and the role technology plays in transforming learning.

• You are currently studying or have graduated in Design or a related field
