What You’ll Be Doing:

• Enhance developer tooling and improve system performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and technical strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years in systems programming, with at least 2 years of Rust experience (or equivalent experience in C/C++).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, blockchain fundamentals, and smart contracts.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects and working in remote, collaborative teams.
• Deep knowledge of low-level programming, performance optimisation, and system internals.
• Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments with a problem-solving mindset.
