About The Role

As a Management Consultant, you will be instrumental in mapping the client's business processes and determine whether and how these processes are affected by applicable laws and regulations. Based on this analysis, you will advise financial institutions on adjusting these processes and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.

Additionally, you will actively contribute to the implementation of these (digital) change projects. You not only ensure that the client avoids high fines and/or reputational damage but also demonstrate that regulations can offer opportunities! You will always work with senior colleagues, receive guidance where necessary, and have a lot of freedom and responsibility.

What You Bring:

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
• A completed university degree.
• 4+ years of work experience in the financial services industry as a consultant.
• Affinity with the financial markets and demonstrable knowledge and experience in one or more (regulatory) sub-areas - for example, derivatives trading/processing, transaction reporting, securities financing, collateral management, sustainable finance, etc.
• Knowledge of financial legislation and its implementation - such as Wft, Wwft, EMIR, MAR, MiFID II, SFTR, Dodd-Frank Act, GDPR.
• Tech-savvy (digital and IT transformation).
