Basic Requirements

• A mindset that puts AI at the forefront of development - if you're still treating AI as an afterthought rather than your first line of attack, this isn't your battlefield
• 4+ years of battle-tested experience in software development, with a focus on production-grade server-side web applications
• Proven expertise in cloud-native development and serverless architectures, particularly within the AWS ecosystem
• Demonstrated mastery of GenAI code assistants (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
