The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Global HR Specialist to join our HR Team in the Grid Integration (GI) Business. As a core member, you will support the GI HR Community and Business Managers, leveraging advanced data analytics techniques and tools to extract actionable insights and enhance decision-making across our organization. Reporting to the GI Business Unit HRBP, you will collaborate closely with key global stakeholders, ensuring data quality and timely processing of information to enable informed decisions within the Business Unit.

We are seeking a dedicated Global HR Specialist to join our HR Team in the Grid Integration (GI) Business. As a core member, you will support the GI HR Community and Business Managers, leveraging advanced data analytics techniques and tools to extract actionable insights and enhance decision-making across our organization. Reporting to the GI Business Unit HRBP, you will collaborate closely with key global stakeholders, ensuring data quality and timely processing of information to enable informed decisions within the Business Unit.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- HR Data Analytics:
- Design and deploy regular HR data reporting and analytics for the business unit, supporting strategy and decision making at management level.
- Gather and transform organizational raw data into actionable insights (KPIs) and translate data findings into meaningful recommendations.
- Functional Expertise and Projects:
- Partner with the global Head of HR to implement HR priorities in the organization in line with the business and people strategy, covering culture, people, and organization utilizing the existing HR solution portfolio. Providing new solutions where appropriate.
- Coordinate and management scoped projects across the full range of HR, incl. talent and leadership development, organizational effectiveness, diversity, equity & inclusion, capability and workforce planning, compensation & benefits etc., for the global business unit.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with Business Unit, HuB, Global Product Groups, and Local Country HRBPs and HR Functions.
- Provide strategic support to the global business unit HR Leadership team regarding data analytics, reporting, overall driving HR analytics capability amongst the business unit HRBP team.
- Data Quality Focus:
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of Grid Integration HR data tools, while implementing Data Governance Practices to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
- Build communication packages for relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience (Payroll, HR Controller, HR Operations, HRBP) in a global environment.
- Proven experience in People Analytics or HR Data Analysis and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to successfully navigate complexity and ambiguity with a curious and proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in an internal environment.
- Fluent English
- Excellent skills in Excel and MS Office are required. Power BI, Power Query and Workday are a plus.
