What You'll Do:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will partner with Delivery teams to provide business reporting and analytic insights that support program development, growth, and completion. Your role will focus on delivering BI solutions using tools like Tableau, and proactively enhancing the value of current BI solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing BI solutions and data analysis to support business decisions.
• Proactively investigating opportunities to improve existing BI systems and recommending new approaches.
• Building relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborating with teams to identify opportunities for program performance improvement.
• Ensuring the timely delivery of program reports and data insights.
• Conducting monthly/quarterly QA checks on assigned programs.
• Tracking program metrics and maintaining program documentation.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience: 1-2 years in a data support or similar analytical role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in BI tools, especially Tableau or similar platforms.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-experts.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with TAPFIN or RPO business models and experience in a global organization.
