Your role

In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required

• A Java Developer who is a Senior resource with good knowledge on Software Development.
• Would be responsible for leading migration/upgrade activities needed as per Client requirements.
• Also, able to perform requirements elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. The resource should be able to communicate effectively between stakeholders, UX designers and delegate tasks amongst key persons.
• He/She would be responsible and play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts.
• Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. And deliver product on time.
• Facilitate and participate in coding, design, testing and deployment of applications and delegate activities among junior developers as required
