Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Conduct stakeholder meetings and create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) & Functional Specifications.
• User Journey Mapping: Define customer personas, user flows, and use cases to enhance digital experiences.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, operations, and customer service.
• Gap Analysis & Impact Assessment: Identify system gaps and recommend improvements.
• Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Work in Agile teams, write user stories, and track project progress.
• Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Address booking, payment, and integration challenges.
• Communication & Presentation: Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work with vendors, developers, and IT teams for seamless implementation.

Technical Skills:

• Mobile & Web Technologies: Understanding of iOS, Android, and cross-platform development.
• Data Analysis & SQL: Experience with Google Analytics, Firebase, and basic SQL queries.
• API & Web Services: Understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Mobile App Testing: Knowledge of manual & automated testing (Appium, Selenium, Espresso).
• KPI Tracking: Monitor app performance using DAU, MAU, and conversion rates.

Domain Knowledge (Airline & eCommerce):

• Experience with airline booking engines, ticketing systems, and digital sales channels.
• Understanding of ancillary revenue strategies (cross-selling, upselling, bundling).
• Knowledge of Passenger Service Systems (PSS) and frequent flyer program integrations is a plus.
• Awareness of NDC (New Distribution Capability) and airline compliance standards is an advantage.
