Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Associate with 4–8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Personal Lines insurance and strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on Guidewire PolicyCenter/BillingCenter/ClaimCenter implementations and configurations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Customize and enhance Guidewire applications based on business needs.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain application performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience working with Guidewire applications.
  • Guidewire Associate certification is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Personal Lines insurance processes.
  • Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
  • Hands-on experience with Gosu scripting, Java, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot application issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Guidewire Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with data migration and system integrations.
