As a Project Operations Manager in Low Voltage Systems, you'll be essential in ensuring our strategic projects run smoothly.
Your main responsibilities will include making sure our projects follow company procedures, meet contract specifications, maintain quality standards, and comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements. Additionally, you'll coordinate and oversee team development, continually enhancing our project execution team's effectiveness.
This role highlights the importance of strong interpersonal skills, effective leadership, operational skills, and the ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in both local and global settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct customer-specific engineered projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Inspire and guide the PMO team to encourage a culture of courage, curiosity, collaboration, and creativity.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, both inside and outside the company.
- Ensure contracts and claims are managed according to our policies and agreements.
- Track and report on project performance, ensuring we meet KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement best practices for the PMO team to improve project workflows, resource allocation, and risk management.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Minimum B. Sc. degree in a relevant field.
- Background in electrical engineering.
- Effective leadership abilities.
- Fluency in Norwegian and business-level English.
