Job Location: Vancouver, British Columbia. This role would require you to be on premises 2-3 days a week.

About the Role:

You will design, build, and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines and architectures to support data collection, transformation, and integration from various sources. Lead and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high standards of engineering excellence. Demonstrate effective communication skills by clearly articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Facilitate seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams from Business and Technology domains to align project goals, gather requirements, and drive successful project outcomes. You will communicate complex technical findings and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of strong experience in building models and extracting insights with supervised and unsupervised techniques using both machine learning and deep learning methodologies.
• Build, deploy, monitor, and maintain Machine Learning models which could be stand alone or be part of AI Products.
• Hands on experience in Experience with building models on structured and unstructured data.
• Hands on experience in Python based ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, SciPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLFlow, Hugging Face, Databricks (nice to have).
• Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML, particularly in time-sensitive prediction methodologies and technologies.
