Business Analyst-TCS BaNCS

We are urgently hiring Business Analyst who has experience in TCS BaNCS experience for OMAN , location.

Candidates with insurance domain experience with TCS BaNCS implementation experience preferred. 

Job Description

Bridges business and IT teams, defining requirements and ensuring alignment with TCS BaNCS core functionalities.

A business analyst is responsible for liaising between PMO, IT teams and business stakeholders. These should be business subject matter experts .

Responsibilities are mentioned as below:

⮚     Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their current & future needs of business

⮚     Propose and design functional specifications and business process solutions that meets the business needs and objectives

⮚     Articulation of business processes and requirements to the IT teams during business gathering sessions

⮚     Review of business requirements, processes, and solutions and provide feedback

⮚     Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.

⮚     Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.

⮚     Participate in business testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
