Middle UI/UX Designer (Game Dev)

We are searching for a talented Middle UI/UX Designer with a passion for gaming and experience in creating captivating, user-focused designs for the gaming industry.

You'll collaborate with a dynamic team of designers, artists, and developers to create engaging interfaces that enhance gameplay and marketing products.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a team of designers and artists to create and implement new game-related projects
Design original elements, including illustrations, infographics, and user interfaces
Review and provide feedback on junior designers’ work to maintain high-quality standards
Conceive creative ideas to effectively communicate concepts and promote products/services
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and interface designs
Work with components and design systems, especially in Figma
Partner closely with Front-end Developers and other members of the design team
Leverage design thinking concepts to create intuitive, user-centered designs
Develop and manage libraries and UI/UX Style Guides for visual consistency
Adapt designs to responsive, mobile-first, and cross-platform environments
Handle retouching and graphics tasks as part of the design process

Requirements

2+ years of professional experience in game development, iGaming, or similar industries (mobile games, online games, casinos)
A portfolio showcasing work from the gaming industry or comparable projects utilizing gamification
Strong aesthetic skills for balancing colors, fonts, and layouts
Attention to detail for ensuring a polished and cohesive visual experience
Background in HTML, CSS, and adaptive markup basics
Expertise in creating UX/UI for complex systems and marketing interfaces
Competency in designing for responsive layouts, Mobile First, Design Thinking principles
Proficiency in creating and managing UI libraries and Style Guides
Skills in working with retouching and graphic design tools
Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of the gaming audience
Ability to deliver on deadlines and collaborate within a team effectively
