Job Overview:

As a Product Designer, you will work alongside a team of Product Designers, Product Managers and Developers to drive design research, ideation, and execution across all our product PODs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be well versed and up to date on mobile and dashboard design patterns.
  • Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
  • Conduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and refine product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Usability test proposed solutions to refine the final product further.
  • Create and maintain design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterations as necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience or Degree in interaction design or related fields, such as user experience (UX) design, human-computer interaction (HCI) or graphic design.
  • 2-4 years of experience in product design or a related role.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design work and demonstrating your design process.
  • Good understanding of the trends, best practices, and interface/interaction guidelines for Web, Android, and iOS platforms
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Exceptional UX and UI design capabilities and a strong understanding of core design principles
  • A good understanding of design research and deriving behavioural analytics for design decisions
  • Good understanding of front-end UI/UX principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to their team
  • Obsessed with the tiniest details, ensuring designs are visually stunning and interactively groovy from start to finish.
