Your Role

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Santa Browser, you will be responsible for expanding our business by securing high-value partnerships, representing Santa Browser at industry events and conferences, and leading negotiations that drive growth. You will work closely with executives, sales teams, and marketing teams to position Santa Browser as the go-to advertising and monetization platform in Web3.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships with Web3 companies, blockchain projects, DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, GameFi brands, and advertisers.
  • Lead high-level negotiations with C-level executives, investors, and decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Represent Santa Browser at major Web3 conferences, networking events, and industry meetups to build connections and close deals.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and sales) to ensure smooth partnership execution and growth.
  • Pitch Santa Browser’s value proposition effectively to partners, ensuring buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on Web3 industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales (preferably in Web3, blockchain, or fintech).
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and leading successful negotiations.
  • Strong network in the Web3 ecosystem, with connections to crypto projects, blockchain companies, and decentralized platforms.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication, pitching, and presentation skills.
  • Experience attending, speaking at, or networking at Web3 conferences and summits.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive partnerships from concept to execution.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, crypto advertising, and Web3 business models.
  • Bonus: Experience in advertising, ad monetization, or affiliate marketing (AdTech).
